Return Policy

We value our customers and your purchases and encourage you to contact us via email, chat or instagram so we can assist you in finding your perfect fit. 

a.BohemianWolf Collection has a lifetime warranty. We will repair you piece or replace it if it is damaged upon receipt.  Ou curated Vintage Collections are sourced lovingly to ensure that they are perfect.   As of September 1st, 2022 we no longer are offering full refunds. Eligible merchandise can be returned for store credit that can be used in our studio location or online and never expire. 

Exchanges for store credit are available within 15 days of purchase (or receipt of goods for shipped merchandise)  

Sale items are FINAL SALE

How to make a return:

• MAIL YOUR RETURN:

Email us at howl@abohemiaandthewolves.com within 10 days of purchase to request a return label/shipping label. Print the label and return in original packaging (if possible). Drop in any blue box or hand to a mail carrier to avoid a post office trip.

Shipping fees for returned/exchanged goods are covered by a.BohemianWolf.

Orders must be received within 10 days of label being issued or items will be denied and deemed final sale. 

• RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS:

Exchanges for store credit are available within 15 days of purchase (or receipt of goods for shipped merchandise) 

Damaged items cannot be returned, exchanged, or repaired after 15 days. 

Sale items, Hats & Hair Accessories, face masks and beauty products are final sale. We are sorry we cannot make exceptions.
