We do our absolute best to describe and photograph our collections on our website as you would see them in person. If you ever have questions about color, sizing, fit about any of our garments we are more than happy to assist you. Our collection is designed, cut, sewn & dyed in our design & manufacturing studios in Los Angeles, CA. There is a Lifetime Warranty on our collection and will repair or exchange any of our goods. We have also re-introduced ourcurated vintage collection… the vintage you are purchasing is an item that is often 20 years old or older! Please understand that these items have been previously worn, preloved, and will show some signs of age. Please review the product description AND photos to learn about an items condition. While we may not be able to describe EVERY flaw of an item, it should be evident in the product photos if not mentioned in the description.
When purchasing from our store you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition of a garment and viewed all the photos available.
BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All sales are considered final. A return or exchange may only be accepted if an item arrives not as described, and/or different from the listed photos, or if approved case by case by the a.Bohemia & The Wolves. If such a circumstance arises, we ask that customers contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item, otherwise we cannot accept the return/exchange. In the event of a return, we are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. Buyer is also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of a.Bohemia & The Wolves (ie Paypal/credit card fees). Damaged Or Defective Products
We take pride in our reputation for our quality and value. However, on rare occasions, a defective product may be shipped to you accidentally or damaged while in transit. If you have received a damaged/defective product, we will happily provide you with a replacement item for you at no additional cost. You have 48 hours after delivery date to obtain a replacement of the damaged/defective item. Once the replacement is initiated, a.Bohemia &The Wolves will provide a shipping label at no additional cost.
International Shipping Destinations
We currently offer international shipping. Please email us at howl@abohemiaandthewolves.com if you feel like your destination is not refelcted in our shipping locations.
For Domestic shipping we use USPS 5-7 Priorty followed by a 3-7 day making, setting, and packaging window.
For international shipping please allow 15-20 days to recieve your products.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders (including shipping & handling)
